Employment agreement - Temporary employment 2025

At the latest within 7 days into employment, the employee must receive written information about the terms of employment. It should ideally be written in an employment contract and is usually given already before accepting the job. The information must be given to all employees, regardless of the form of employment or the length of employment, including short-term employment.

This agreement is adapted to the new Employment Directive which applies from 29 June 2022.
